COVID-19 protocol will be observed within the City Hall facility therefore MASKS ARE REQUIRED within the Courtroom. Physical Distancing standards will be maintained as well, therefore we ask that only the defendant as listed on the citation enter into the Courtroom.  One support person will be allowed as necessary.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are paying online for an account that is pending suspension with the DMV you will need to contact our office directly for reinstatement documents, once FINAL payment is made, to release the hold on your driving privileges.

The Municipal Court administers the judicial system for the City of Keizer.  The Court handles traffic infractions and City code violations as enforced by the Keizer Police Department.  Municipal Court arraignments and hearings are held each Wednesday and are presided over by an independent contractor who serves as the Municipal Court Judge.
