By requesting city assistance, with my initials entered with each statement, I agree to the following:

1. I authorize City personnel to enter my property for the sole purpose of covering up graffiti on my property

2. I understand that the city will decide the most equitable way to abate the graffiti on my property.

3. I understand that the abatement will occur during regular business hours and it is my responsibility to coordinate with the city if I wish to be present during the abatement.

4. I further understand that if I choose this option, but fail to cooperate, the city may proceed with abatement proceedings and/or pursue any other legal or equitable remedy provided by law.
