The City of Keizer wants to ensure that everyone has access to the utilities they need to stay healthy and take care of themselves and their families. With the declaration of the National and State emergency, the City suspended water disconnections and charging late fees ($48.16) for approximately seven (7) months.
Effective Monday, October 12, 2020, the City resumed the $48.16 late fee with water disconnections on the 13th on past due City services bill that includes water, sewer and stormwater.
If you are still suffering from the COVID-19 aftermath, please call the Utility Billing office at 503-390-8280 for possible financial assistance resources and to coordinate a payment plan.
In order to maintain the well-being of our community and staff please consider paying your bill using the City’s automated phone system 503-967-4005 or the online bill pay system https://www.keizer.org/utility-billing rather than paying in the office.
