My work experience includes over 15 years of progressive experience in community relations and management. This experience includes direct management of a non- profit agency, supervision; training; budget projections; quarterly and annual reporting, operations management; building relationships with community partners, and financial education presentations. The accumulation of my experience has resulted in an understanding of human relations, communication, and developing and implementing solutions to build strong partnerships and management problems.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Single Family Housing Manager & LRAPP Project Manager ~~ January 2013 — present

Oregon Housing and Community Services and OHSI, Salem, Oregon

I am responsible for creating, administering and financing affordable homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income Oregonians through the implementation of single family housing loan products, grants and services throughout Oregon. I currently administer 8 programs relating to homeownership and foreclosure prevention. I work with 20 non-profit partners throughout the state to ensure the delivery of the above services. LRAPP project manager — Review policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with program, monthly reporting, and work with contractor to ensure project is meeting expectations. Established Quality Assurance review on a monthly basis: reconciling Contractors report with Agency's, all documents for funding in OAHAC book, original documents from loan closing returned to OHSI in a timely fashion. Work with Administrator to ensure all files are in compliance with federal treasury guidelines.

OHM Contractors' Liaison & LRAPP Project Manager ~~  September 2012- January 2013

OHSI / Oregon Housing and Community Services, Salem, OR

I work with our 16 partner agencies to ensure compliance with current programs, research participant's files for assistance with qualifying for programs, follow up with document requests, research data issues on aging files, and answer questions and supply information and resources to our partners. Conduct monthly webinars for our partner agencies to continue with program education and assist them to better understand our programs. Generate and compile information for the monthly report to our partners; utilize this information for enhancements to the programs and/or services we offer and to establish a true partnership in assisting struggling homeowners. Established tracking sheets for monthly report data and the new implementation of the suggestions.

Answer telephone, process weekly Director's Report, coordinate monthly payroll cost sheets, and verify monthly agency billings for approval.
